Unable to access downloads for HTML Map 2

Sometimes when you purchase our extensions you can't access your downloads via the website and/or the support portal. This is because sometimes the Joomla session does not get the updated Access Control Levels, therefore you don't see the HTML Map 2 downloads area in the support portal.

Please try logging out and logging back into the website, which we often find resolves the issue.
